Canadian companies and organizations are becoming increasingly diverse with people from all over the world, with employees having very different cultures and backgrounds, and different approaches to getting things done. It's not a secret that in any company, work efficiency can be improved by having a bonded team - each of your team member will then have the opportunity to contribute towards their group / department goals, using their full potential for the benefits of all.
Alpha worked in the corporate world for 15 years both in Europe and in North America, and is well aware of these types of workforce challenges.
Our Team building event is using the West African musical orchestra model from Guinea, as a unique, original, and fun icebreaker tool, to bring your team members closer to one another.
The event will also encourage them to communicate better, and will boost their morale.
If you've been looking for an event that can energize and motivate your team, look no further.
Our African drumming team building event is the perfect way to achieve this goal in a fun but challenging environment.
